General Introduction
After more than a decade filled with laughter and zombies, the Go Goa Gone franchise is officially reborn with the sequel called Go Goa Gone 2. The film is directed by Raj Nidimoru & Krishna D.K. and will be released in India on October 15, 2025.

The core cast from the first part will return, including Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu, Vir Das and many new faces such as Radhika Madan, Fahim Fazli and Anand Tiwari.
Plot & Style
Go Goa Gone 2 continues the chaotic journey from the previous part: three friends Hardik, Luv and Boris, after surviving the zombie apocalypse, will now face a new threat—more dangerous, more haunting and not just zombies.
The official trailer for the film has been released, combining elements of horror, action and comedy – chase scenes, flashy zombies and thumping music will make viewers both shiver and laugh.

Expectations & What to Watch Out For
Go Goa Gone was originally billed as India’s first zombie film, combining comedy elements to create a unique “zom-com” style.
Fans are hoping that Go Goa Gone 2 will maintain the “cult” spirit with its combination of horror and comedy, while expanding the scale and taking on new challenges to avoid becoming a repeat.
Interestingly, previous reports have mentioned that the sequel will feature aliens instead of pure zombies – but it’s unclear whether that will be retained in the final version.
