After the great success of the first part Kalki2898AD released on June 27, 2024, director Nag Ashwin confirmed that he will continue the story in part 2. The trailer ends with the tagline “To Be Continued…”, opening up a larger cinematic universe – Kalki Cinematic Universe
According to the producers and official figures, ~60% of the filming has been completed, but many important scenes are still unfinished
